Relocation Costs If relocation occurs after the Commencement Date, then Landlord shall pay Tenant's reasonable third-party costs of moving Tenant's furnishings, telephone and computer wiring, and other property to the Substitute Premises, and reasonable printing costs associated with the change of address.
Expenses Reimbursement State Street shall be entitled to receive from the Fund on demand reimbursement for its cash disbursements, expenses and charges, excluding salaries and usual overhead expenses, as set forth in Schedule A.
Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement. In the event of termination by a Party, all Parties shall use commercially Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the costs, damages and charges arising as a consequence of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise ordered or approved by FERC:
Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
Reimbursement of Eligible Costs To be eligible for reimbursement, the Engineer's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule; and (3) comply with cost principles set forth at 48 CFR Part 31, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31). Satisfactory progress of work shall be maintained as a condition of payment.
Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement. The Company will reimburse Executive from time to time for all such business expenses actually incurred pursuant to and in conformity with this paragraph and the policies and practices of the Company then in effect relative to the reimbursement of business expenses.
Fees, Expenses and Reimbursement (a) So long as the Administrator provides Administrative Services to the Company, it shall be entitled to receive reasonable and customary fees for such services as well as out-of-pocket expenses as may be agreed to by the Administrator and the Company pursuant to a separate written agreement.
Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.
Tuition Reimbursement A. Agencies may approve full or partial tuition reimbursement, consistent with agency policy and within available resources.
REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that XxXxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to XxXxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, OAM shall reimburse XxXxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to OAM’s attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, OAM shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx” in the amount of $4,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(i), above.
