Regular Business Hours. The phrase “regular business hours” as used in this Section refers to those hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, except that the term “regular business hours” as applied to the Fleet Supervisor shall mean those hours between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
Regular Business Hours. During the term of this Agreement, Franchisee shall diligently, faithfully and continuously conduct a CENTURY 21 Franchise at each Approved Location, which shall be open during regular business hours at least six (6) days per week. Franchisee also agrees to give prompt, courteous and efficient service to the public, and generally to operate the Franchise in compliance with the P&P Manual and professional standards so as to preserve, maintain and enhance the value of the CENTURY 21 Marks and the CENTURY 21 System and the reputation and goodwill built up by Franchisor and by CENTURY 21 franchisees. Also, Franchisee agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement all office facilities, equipment, office sign(s), yard signs and all other materials in first-class condition, and to keep them in strict compliance with the P&P Manual;
Regular Business Hours. All services provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be performed during regular business hours at our Service Center. Regular business hours are between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, excluding IIP holidays.
Regular Business Hours. SRP Federal Credit Union’s published Hours of Operation are Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30 AM ET – 5:30 PM ET; Wednesdays 8:30 AM ET – 12:00 noon ET; Thursdays and Fridays 8:30 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET, except Federal Holidays and when the Credit Union is closed.
Regular Business Hours. Maintain regular business hours at the Animal Shelter for the purpose of transacting business, including the performance of its duties under this Agreement and for the purpose of receiving animals, and consistent with the reasonable provisions of the ordinances of the City, for accepting applications for the return of impounded animals. Michigan Humane will make reasonable efforts, by telephone or mail, to notify owners of identifiable animals which come into the possession of Michigan Humane.
Regular Business Hours. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., holidays and weekends excluded.
