Approved Location. PPC shall ensure that the Haewene Brim is at no time moved from the Approved Location otherwise than in accordance with clause 13 (Movement of Haewene Brim).
Approved Location. PPC shall procure that after Delivery, the Haewene Brim is not moved from the Approved Location where it is at any time located without the Lessor's consent, which consent the Lessor may withhold in its absolute discretion, subject to the further provisions of this clause 13 and to clause 22.1.3.
Approved Location. Dealer is authorized to sell the Products only from the Approved Location. Dealer shall not sell Products from any other location, or move its place of business for sale of the Products to another location, without the prior written consent of Excelsior-Xxxxxxxxx, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Location. Approved Location. The Approved Location described in Paragraph 1 hereof shall constitute the site referred to in Paragraph I.A. of the Franchise Agreement.
Approved Location. Franchisee shall develop and operate the Franchised Restaurant only at the site specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement as the “Approved Location” (which shall have been identified pursuant to a Site Selection Agreement between Franchisor and Franchisee, unless Franchisee possessed such site at the time Franchisee applied to Franchisor for franchise rights for the Franchised Restaurant). Franchisee shall not relocate the Franchised Restaurant without Franchisor’s prior written consent and/or otherwise in writing by Franchisor, as provided in Section 8.19 below.
