BUILT UP. AREA shall mean the area of the unit to be allotted and shall include, inter alia the area of covered balcony attached thereto and also thickness of the outer walls, internal walls columns pillars therein Provided That if any wall column or pillar being common between two units then half of the area under such wall, column or pillar shall be included in each such unit to be certified by the Architects.
BUILT UP. The apartments shall be constructed from concrete structures and roof top of corrugated or ega sheets and trusses of manufactured steel sections. The exterior wall cladding consisting of Hollow blocks (HCB) fixed to the concrete structures and beams. Electricity and plumbing are installed in the wall cavity created by the hollow blocks (HCB) and internal wall cladding. Magnesium Oxide board, or gypsum board or HCB fixed to the structure and hollow block (HCB) walls can be used for internal wall cladding.
BUILT UP. AREA in relation to a flat shall mean the plinth area of that flat (including the area of balconies, and servants quarter, if any, appurtenant thereto) and also the thickness of the walls (external and internal), the columns and pillars therein.

  • Construction Schedule a. Within fifteen (15) calendar days after the award of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Project Manager and District an as-planned construction schedule showing in detail how the Contractor plans to prosecute the work within the time set for Final Completion. The schedule shall include the work of all trades necessary for construction of the Project, and shall be sufficiently complete and comprehensive to enable progress to be monitored on a day-by-day basis. The information for each activity shall include at a minimum the activity description, duration, start date and completion date.

  • As-Built Drawings Tenant shall submit at its expense a complete set of accurate “as-built” plans and specifications for Tenant Improvements constructed at the Airport (or in the case of Tenant Improvements relocated from the Former Airport, the plans and specifications relating to such relocation). Such plans and specifications shall include one set of bond paper “record” drawings and electronic drawings that conform to a format and to standards specified by City.

  • Construction Phase Part 1 –

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 8.2.1 If Reconex chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, Reconex’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Reconex to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Substantial Completion 9.8.1 When the Contractor considers that the Work, or a designated portion thereof which has been accepted in writing to by the State, is substantially complete as defined in Subparagraph 8.1.3 of these General Conditions, the Contractor shall prepare for submission to the Architect a list of items to be completed or corrected. The failure to include any items on such list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. When the Architect on the basis of an inspection determines that the Work or designated portion thereof is substantially complete, he will then prepare a Certificate of Substantial Completion which shall establish the Date of Substantial Completion, shall state the responsibilities of the State and the Contractor for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work, and insurance, and shall fix the time, which shall not exceed thirty (30) days, within which the Contractor shall complete the items listed therein. Warranties required by the Contract Documents shall commence on the Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The Certificate of Substantial Completion shall be submitted to the State and the Contractor for their written acceptance of the responsibilities assigned to them in such Certificate. The Work shall not be considered substantially complete prior to the receipt of approved O & M manuals and record drawings as required by paragraph 4.11 and as required elsewhere in the Contract Documents.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • As-Built Plans If for any completed Restoration the cost of which exceeds the Major Casualty Amount, Tenant has not theretofore delivered same to the FCRHA, Tenant shall deliver to the FCRHA, within ninety (90) days of the completion of such Restoration, a complete set of “as built” plans in CADD format, together with a statement in writing from Tenant or its Architect that such plans are complete and correct in all material respects.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture DTI may interconnect with GTE at any of the minimum technically feasible points required by the FCC. Interconnection at additional points will be reviewed on an individual case basis. Where the Parties mutually agree following a Bona Fide Request to directly interconnect their respective networks, interconnection will be as specified in the following subsections. The "IPs" shall be set forth in Appendix B attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof. Based on the configuration, the installation timeline will vary considerably, however, GTE will work with DTI in all circumstances to install "IPs" within 120 calendar days absent extenuating circumstances. Internetwork connection and protocol must be based on industry standards developed consistent with Section 256 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
