ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. Following ratification and approval by the parties, the University shall publish the agreement on a designated website.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. The Employer will ensure that a copy of this Agreement and the NES are readily accessible to all Employees.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. A. A copy of any ratified and approved new Collective Bargaining Agreement or of any ratified and approved amendments(s) to an existing Agreement shall be posted on the District’s website under the Department of Labor Relations as soon as possible, but not later than forty-five (45) days of the signing of the ratified and approved Agreement or amendment(s) thereto. Administrators/supervisors will be requested to post notices to inform employees covered by this Agreement where the Agreement and/or amendment(s) thereto can be located on the District’s website.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. A summary of this agreement will be provided to each employee at the time of engagement. A copy of the agreement will be maintained in the establishment in a place readily accessible to all employees and will be available for inspection at any time by an employee.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. A copy of the Agreement will be displayed in a common area for Employees covered by the Agreement to access and review.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. All Operators under this Agreement shall be provided with a copy of this Agreement at the time of engagement. A copy of this Agreement will be maintained at the Waste Depot and will be available for inspection at any time by an Employee.
