Photography Services. The Seller hereby authorizes the Agency to take interior and exterior photos and videos of the Property (the “Photographic Services”). Such photographs and videos shall be permitted to be digitized, reproduced, published, transmitted, and/or disseminated and displayed in any form or manner, including, but not limited to, Multiple Listing Services, television, internet marketing, publications, and any other means to advertise the Property to aid in the marketing of the Property. The Seller agrees to limit the use of the photos or videos generated from the Photographic Services to personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Photography Services. AMS will provide on-site photography services for all events and activities to be used for Tesoro’s web site and publicity services.
Photography Services. Photographer will perform photographic services for the client, generally described as follows: □ Exterior Photos Total Count □ Interior Photos Total Count □ Virtual Tour □ Exterior Twilight Total Count □ Subdivision Amenities Total Count □ Floor Plan □ Post Closing Photo (Realtor/Buyer) Total Price: Event Date: Weather Delayed Date if necessary: Independent Contractor. Real Property Metrics, LLC is not an employee of the Client, but is an independent contractor. Images and Copyright. Real Property Metrics, LLC will take pictures or images by means of digital photography. Images will be available for viewing by the Client via internet in low resolution format and XXX-Xxxxx.xxx logo imprinted on all images. On receipt of payment, (unless other terms in an addendum are agreed upon at engagement), the Client will obtain Limited Rights to full format use of the images as provided above. The Client shall not use or publish the images except as authorized by this agreement. Real Property Metrics, LLC will retain copies for the Client's benefit. Real Property Metrics, LLC reserves the right to use the images on its website and advertising. Any use of images by the Client without full payment is an unauthorized use and an act of copyright infringement and the Client may be responsible for any subsequent costs, fees, or damages, including Real Property Metrics, LLC attorney fees incurred in enjoining unauthorized use or distribution of images.
Photography Services. 7.1 The Customer shall be responsible for organizing any shipping, postage and delivery of product samples to the Supplier in advance of the Photo Shoot. The Customer is advised to send multiple product samples in case of damage. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to product samples. In the event any product sample arrives damaged, the product sample shall be excluded from the Photo Shoot Schedule unless the Customer provides a suitable replacement.
