Beta Services. From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

Beta Services. From time to time, Copado may make Beta Services available to Customer at no charge. Customer may choose to try such Beta Services or not in its sole discretion. Any use of Beta Services is subject to the Beta Services terms at https://www.copado.com/company/legal/agreements.
Beta Services. From time to time, Diligent may make Beta Services available to Client at no charge. Client may choose to try such Beta Services in Client’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise determined by Diligent, no Order Form is specifically required to enable Client’s use of Beta Services. Beta Services are intended for evaluation purposes and not for production use. Beta Services are not supported and may be subject to supplemental terms in addition to those set out in this Agreement, which will be presented to Client. Beta Services. We may offer You the opportunity to use and evaluate Beta Services to get Your Feedback. Beta Services may contain bugs, errors and other problems and You accept the Beta Services “AS-IS.” We give You no warranty of any kind and are not responsible for any sort of problems or issues related to Your use of a Beta Services. You may be required to provide Feedback to use Beta Services. We make no representations, promises or guarantees that the Beta Services will ever be generally released. If a Beta Services is discontinued, unless otherwise provided in a separate written agreement, We will give You reasonable advanced notice that the Beta Service is being discontinued so that You can download Your Content. After that, We may suspend or terminate access to the Beta Service and delete any Content or data on the Beta Service without any liability to You.
Beta Services. From time to time, QIVOS may invite Customer to try, at no charge, QIVOS’ products or services that are not generally available to QIVOS’ customers (“Beta Services”). Customer may accept or decline any such trial in Customer’s sole discretion. Any Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, may contain bugs or errors, are subject to change in QIVOS’ sole discretion, and may be subject to additional terms. Customer shall immediately inform QIVOS of any bugs or errors experienced, and otherwise provide its feedback to, and cooperate with QIVOS on Beta Services as reasonably requested by QIVOS. Beta Services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranty, and QIVOS disclaims any and all liability for Beta Services, except in the case of Section 10.2. QIVOS may discontinue Beta Services at any time in QIVOS’ sole discretion, and may never make them generally available.
Beta Services. We may designate certain new functionality or services to be made available in connection with the Electronic Services as “Beta Services.” Such Beta Services will not be ready for use in a production environment. Because they will be at an early stage of development, operation and use of the Beta Services may be unpredictable and lead to erroneous results. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) the Beta Services will be experimental and will not have been fully tested; (ii) the Beta Services may not meet your requirements; (iii) the use or operation of the Beta Services may not be uninterrupted or error free; (iv) your use of the Beta Services will be for purposes of evaluating and testing the new functionality and services and providing feedback to us; and (v) you shall inform your employees, staff members, and other users regarding the nature of the Beta Services. Your use of the Beta Services shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein relating to the Electronic Services. You shall promptly report any errors, defects, or other deficiencies in the Beta Services to us. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, ALL BETA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS‐IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. You hereby waive any and all claims, now known or later discovered, that you may have against us and our suppliers/licensors arising out of your use of the Beta Services.
Beta Services. We may offer you access to beta services that are being provided prior to general release, but we do not make any guarantees that these services will be made generally available (“Beta Services”). You understand and agree that the Beta Services may contain bugs, errors and other defects, and use of the Beta Services is at your sole risk. We have no obligation to provide technical support and we may discontinue provision of Beta Services at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. These Beta Services are offered “AS-IS”, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability, warranties, indemnities, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. If you are using Beta Services, you agree to receive related correspondence and updates from us, and acknowledge that opting out may result in cancellation of your access to the Beta Services. If you provide feedback (“Feedback”) about the Beta Service, you agree that we own any Feedback that you share with us. For the Beta Services only, these Terms supersede any conflicting terms and conditions in the Agreement, but only to the extent necessary to resolve conflict.
