LISTING SERVICES. 4.5.1. The Listing Services allow you to list properties available for letting on the Scraye Platform.
LISTING SERVICES. Broker is a member of ACTRIS and Board/Association of REALTORS® and is bound by its rules. ACTRIS is a multiple listing service (MLS). An MLS is a database of properties for sale that is available and disseminated to and accessible by all other real estate agents who are participants or subscribers to the MLS. Property information submitted to the MLS also describes the price, terms and conditions under which the Seller’s property is offered for sale including but not limited to the listing broker’s offer of compensation to other brokers. Listing property with an MLS exposes a seller’s property to all real estate agents and brokers who are participants or subscribers to the MLS, and potential buyer clients of those agents and brokers. The MLS may further transmit the MLS database, with the Broker’s authorization, to Internet sites that post property listings online, including national compilations of properties.
LISTING SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare an application for a listing of the Client's common stock on a German Stock exchanges, e.g. on the Frankfurt, Berlin or Hamburg Stock Exchange, and introduction to local securities dealers and market makers, if Client so desires. Client understands that Consultant cannot guarantee that Client's securities will be listed for trading on any German exchange because the final decision to list securities for trading rests with the exchange itself. Two Thirds of the fee associated with listing will be returned to Client if Consultant is unsuccessful in obtaining a German Stock exchange listing for Client; - Consultant shall deliver further detailed information regarding the listing application process and the specific stock exchange.
LISTING SERVICES. 2.1. As a registered Seller, you may list your event services on MakeMyUtsav subject to the Platform's guidelines and approval process.
LISTING SERVICES. Think Hearing, Inc. shall list Subscriber's name, credentials, address, telephone number, web address and photograph, or logo, as provided by Subscriber, on the Website ("Listing"). Think Hearing, Inc. shall utilize search criteria provided by Website visitors to arrange, organize and display the Listing among any other listings within a defined geographic area, as determined by Think Hearing, Inc. Think Hearing, Inc. shall have the sole right, discretion and control to determine such defined geographic area. Think Hearing, Inc. shall organize and display all listings within such defined geographic area in the chronological order in which all active subscribers have entered into subscription agreements with Think Hearing, Inc.
LISTING SERVICES. Broker will file this Agreement with one or more Multiple Listing Services (MLS) by the earlier of the time required by MLS rules or 3 business days after all critical data required by the seller is submitted. Seller authorizes Broker to submit information about this Agreement and the sale of the Property to the MLS.

LISTING SERVICES. ATC will use reasonable commercial efforts to implement, in accordance with the Development Schedule, an eBay auction option available to all ATC Users (including ATC Dealers) listing items on the ATC Site. The intention of the parties is to make the auction option on the Co-Branded Pages seamlessly available as part of the process of creating an online listing on the ATC Site, such that the Co-Branded Pages auction option is equally accessible wherever presented to users compared to the non-auction listing alternatives. As part of the Development Schedule, the parties will jointly prepare a plan describing how the Co-Branded Pages listing option for ATC Users will be implemented, specifying the technical requirements and identifying listing tools and other ATC processes that will be modified or enhanced to present the auction option. eBay will host Eligible Vehicle listings prepared and uploaded by ATC Dealers using ATC listing tools that generate eBay-compatible content. If, and for as long as, eBay requests, ATC will host photographs of items listed by ATC Dealers on the Co-Branded Pages and Mirror Site on ATC's servers (or otherwise arrange for such hosting) and serve the photos to users of the Co-Branded Pages and the Mirror Site via procedures to be reasonably specified by eBay. ATC and eBay will cooperate to resolve, to their mutual satisfaction, firewall, load balancing and other functionality and implementation issues.
