Photo Shoot definition

Photo Shoot means all stages of the Photographer’s services provided to the Client including preparation beforehand, the taking of Photographs and the processing of Photographs;
Photo Shoot means all stages of the Photographer’s services
Photo Shoot means attendance at a place for the purpose of capturing imagery and data to complete an Assignment.

Examples of Photo Shoot in a sentence

  • The number of Photographs taken during the Photo Shoot shall not affect the Price payable by the Client.

  • All pieces must be purchased in time for the Performing Company Photo Shoot.

  • A new Booking Fee shall be payable on the rescheduled Photo Shoot.

  • If the Client cancels the Photo Shoot less than 5 business days ahead of the start date the Photographer shall retain all sums paid and any outstanding sums shall become immediately payable.

  • Deliverables and associated assurance criteria will only be applicable for SOW that relate to Contracted Out services.

  • If the Product Shoot Schedule is not completed at the Photo Shoot due to a delay caused by the Customer, the Customer shall be responsible for arranging and paying the costs for an additional Photo Shoot and additional Photography Services.

  • Photo Shoot: the day(s) booked for the required photography shoot as set out in the Specification.

  • The Photographer shall be the sole professional photographer for the Photo Shoot.

  • If the Client reschedules the Photo Shoot less than 2 business days ahead of the start date the Photographer shall retain all sums paid and any outstanding sums shall become immediately payable.

  • No refund shall be issued and no sums paid will count toward the fees and a new Booking Fee payable on the rescheduled Photo Shoot.
