Virtual Tour definition

Virtual Tour means a panoramic scene for display on the Web.
Virtual Tour. Technology: Software, source code and related documents, object code, pseudo code, including technology, algorithms, and other processes, tools, and utilities relating to capturing, creating and viewing Virtual Tours, including but not limited to capturing, processing, editing, sequencing, viewing, interacting with, displaying, navigating, and correcting the perspective of Virtual Tours. In no event shall Virtual Tour Technology include Excluded Technology.
Virtual Tour means the downloadable, read-only, visual rendering (when taken as a whole) of a particular Customer Property that is created or otherwise delivered through the Service to Customer or any End User, as applicable, with an aggregate size no larger than the Hosting Tier.
