Use of Images. The artisan agrees that product images with full attribution can be used for external promotion by GIAW. Payment: An Artisan will be paid for Works sold by GIAW monthly. If less than $10.00 in Works is sold during any one month, all amounts will be aggregated until the total exceeds $10.00, whereupon the total amount will be paid. Checks will be mailed by the 15th of each month with a list of items sold and the remaining inventory of Works held by GIAW. The Artisan will be responsible for providing GIAW with any changes in contact information. Returns: GIAW allows customers to return unused purchased items, when accompanied by a receipt, within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. All returns will be credited against sales. Consignment Fee: GIAW shall receive a consignment fee equal to 30% of the sales price for all Works sold during the Term of this agreement as well as an annual exhibitor's fee of $75.00 paid separately. All consignment fees shall be paid to GIAW out of the sales proceeds and the balance shall be remitted to the Artisan, as provided for herein.
Use of Images. Competitor, for himself and his officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators hereby irrevocably consents to the unrestricted use by TNKAT, its advertisers, clients, customers, successors and assigns, of Competitor’s name, likeness, statements, photograph or motion picture, for advertising, sale, marketing, promotion or any other purposes of trade and Customer waives the right to inspect or approve such completed images used in connection therewith. Competitor grants to TNKATT the exclusive right to exploit and license or assign for exploitation all such matter or any approved derivatives thereof in any manner in any medium or field of use, in the form delivered. Unavailability and Force Majeure TNKATT will use reasonable efforts to hold the Event; however, under no circumstances will TNKATT be held responsible for unavailability caused by circumstances beyond TNKATT’s control, including flood, fire, hurricanes, earthquakes or other “acts of God,” acts of government, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or labor problems nor will any Event Registration be cancelled, altered or amended once the Event has commenced on the basis of circumstances beyond TNKATTs reasonable control.
Use of Images. During the Employee’s employment, the Company or its agents may obtain images of the Employee for subsequent use in Company materials, including promotional and marketing materials. The Employee’s name and biographical information may or may not be included along with such images. The Employee hereby grants the Company permission to use its images and biographical materials, both during and after the Employee’s employment, and Employee understands that Employee will not receive any royalties or other compensation for such use.
Use of Images. Snow Medical may request the Host Organisation provides it with copies of images and other information about the Grant Activities, which Snow Medical may use for publicity and other agreed purposes. The Host Organisation will respond positively and punctually to such requests.
Use of Images. By signing this Agreement, User and all guests/attendees of User’s event grant the District permission to use his/her image, likeness or photograph in any and all publications and materials of the District without payment or consideration made by the District. User acknowledges that all such images become the property of the District and will not be returned. User authorizes the District to use, edit, copy, publish or exhibit any image for any lawful purpose. User waives the right to review any image or to obtain royalties from the image. User is responsible for notifying guests/attendees of User’s event of this policy, and all such guests/attendees are subject to the same acknowledgements and agreements regarding the District’s use of image as outlined above. However, User may notify the District in writing prior to the Arrival Time of the event that User prefers not to have images taken or used by the District.
Use of Images. VendueHost has the right to use, on its website and in advertising and promotional materials, images (including photographic images) of items being sold or that have been sold on its website, including images of items which have been purchased through the site.
Use of Images. 1. Unless otherwise specified, the Seller maintains the right to obtain and use images of all products contained within the Seller’s premises for the purpose of advertising and promotion.
Use of Images. 14. If your PLC Club operates CCTV cameras on the Premises, it is for the safety and security of the PLC Club, its employees and members.
Use of Images. The Nottingham Forest Club (NFC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by NFC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NFC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by NFC including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
Use of Images. Images of equipment used in PPI’s print, online or other material may show the Customer’s name, logo or other company information due to their installation on the product. This does not constitute PPI’s promotion of Customer’s company or services nor does it constitute Customer’s promotion of PPI’s product.
