Total Price. 36.1.1 The Allottee shall make the payment of the Total Price as per the payment plan set out in Schedule C. The Promoter may from time to time raise demand as per Payment Schedule for payment of installments by issuing notices to the Allottee and the Allottee shall make the payments promptly within the time stipulated in such notices.
Total Price. 5.1 XXX shall pay the Contractor for each Purchase Order issued and delivery made in accordance with the terms of this LTA, a sum which shall be based on the quantities ordered by XXX and delivered by the Contractor, at the prices specified in this LTA.

Total Price. The consideration for sale of Said Flat And Appurtenances is the amount mentioned in Part-I of the 6th Schedule below (Total Price), which the Parties confirm and accept. The Total Price does not include the Extras (defined in Clause 8.4 below).

For the work described in this Agreement, the Grantee shall receive payment based on actual costs, as defined in subparagraph B of paragraph (9) up to the maximum amount of $441,689 defined as consolidated planning funds. The local matching share may be either cash or direct cost match or a combination of both.
Total Price. The Subscriber hereby promises to sell and give all title and interest in real properties identified in Exhibit B for the total price of $1,753,277.67. Exhibit B is attached hereto, the entirety of which is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. The issuer shall have the right select properties enumerated in Exhibit B up to the outstanding value of the Note as based on the fair market value of the properties is determined no more than 30 days prior to conveyance of title to the Issuer.
