Photography. State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

Photography. Our tours offer some of the most spectacular and beautiful photographic scenery in the world. However, We cannot guarantee that every scene or highlighted featured in a Tour Brochure or Itinerary will be available on each Tour. No refund or other compensation will be available for any resulting missed scene or photographic “opportunity”.
Photography. All photographic rights are reserved by the Organiser. Photography during the Exhibition shall only be carried out by the Official Photographers appointed by the Organiser, at charges set out in the Exhibitor Manual.
Photography. The photographic rights for the Exhibition are reserved to Management, and photography in the Exhibition required by Exhibitors can be carried out at moderate charges by the Official Photographers (as designated by management) if desired. Exhibitors wishing to make their own arrangements for the photographing of their exhibit must apply to Management, whose permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY: All exhibitor promotional material and goods are limited to the designated display area. Exhibitors may not carry out publicity activities outside the boundary of the booth or in front of the Event without written permission from Management. Acoustic presentations are permitted only if they are arranged in a way that other Exhibitors are not disturbed by them and visitors are not disturbed or hampered by them. Management reserves the right to cease any publicity/presentations that have not been approved and do not meet the standards of the Event.
Photography. The undersigned agrees to grant permission to photograph school employee or volunteer participants image, likeness, or depiction for use of fundraising, advertising, publicity, or any other purpose on behalf of the contractor and in any medium. I hereby grant permission to Contractor to edit, crop, or retouch such photographs, and waive any right to inspect the final photographs. I further waive any claim for compensa- tion and hereby fully and forever discharge and release the contractor from any claim for damages of any kind arising out of the use or publication of photographs of my employees or I by the contractor, and covenant and agree not to xxx or otherwise initiate legal proceedings against contractor for such use or publication on any and all participants behalf. All grants of permission and consent, and all covenants, agreements and understandings contained herein are irrevocable.
Photography. No photographs or video may be shot on the show floor without written permission of show management. Show management reserves the right to confiscate or delete images taken without permission and to ban the responsible parties from the show floor.

Photography. No photographs or videos shall be taken without the prior written consent of CII, and/or the Event third party speakers. Exhibitor agrees that CII may take photographs of Exhibitor’s booth space, exhibit, and exhibit personnel for any promotional use by CII.
Photography. Owner hereby acknowledges that Agent may take interior and exterior photographs or videos for the purpose of documenting the condition of, or advertising the property by using the multiple listing computer system and the Internet. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Any names, logos, trademarks, and/or copyrights developed during and/or pursuant to this contract that will in any way associate with, identify, or implicate an affiliation with California State Parks shall be approved by State, shall belong to State upon creation, and shall continue in State’s exclusive ownership upon termination of this contract. Further, any works developed pursuant to this contract by Concessionaire, including all related copyrights and other proprietary rights therein, shall belong to State upon creation, and shall continue in State’s exclusive ownership upon termination of this contract. PARTICIPATION IN STATE PARK MARKETING PROGRAMS Concessionaire acknowledges that the State has an established advertising and marketing program designed to promote additional revenue for the State and to deliver a consistent and positive image to the public, and Concessionaire agrees to cooperate in this program in the manner described below without compensation from the State for such cooperation. Concessionaire agrees to honor all statewide graphic standards, licensing, and merchandising agreements entered into with corporate sponsors of the Department of Parks and Recreation. Concessionaire agrees to place on the Premises any advertising that the State approves under this program. Any advertising approved by the State under this program will be placed at State’s expense. Concessionaire agrees to rent or sell, along with all other items of merchandise that are part of the Concessionaire’s normal and customary inventory, any item of merchandise that the State approves under this program, provided that Concessionaire is authorized to sell or rent it under the terms of the contract, and the Concessionaire receives reasonable compensation for its sale.
