The Photography clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the taking, use, and ownership of photographs during the course of an event, project, or within a specific location. Photography. Management has permission to use the likeness of any person and/or products exhibited in photographs and in any and all other media, whether now known or heareafter existing. The exhibitor waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the photograph are waived by the Exhibitor. ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY: All exhibitor promotional material and goods are limited to the designated display area. Exhibitors may not carry out publicity activities outside the boundary of the booth or in front of the Event without written permission from Management. Acoustic presentations are permitted only if they are arranged in a way that other Exhibitors are not disturbed by them and visitors are not disturbed or hampered by them. Management reserves the right to cease any publicity/presentations that have not been approved and do not meet the standards of the Event.
Photography. Our tours offer some of the most spectacular and beautiful photographic scenery in the world. However, We cannot guarantee that every scene or highlighted featured in a Tour Brochure or Itinerary will be available on each Tour. No refund or other compensation will be available for any resulting missed scene or photographic “opportunity”.
Photography. State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.
Photography. ‌ a. No photo calls shall be permitted on a two (2) performance day, unless the ARTIST is compensated at the Penalty Rate with a one (1) hour minimum call guaranteed. b. The EMPLOYER agrees that if an ARTIST is required to pose for photographs of regular dance pieces for the purpose of publicizing and advertising performances of the EMPLOYER, that ARTIST shall receive at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of such photographing, and such photography or waiting time shall be compensated for at the appropriate rehearsal rates. c. If the ARTIST is required to pose for photographs on the ARTIST’S Free Day, such call will be for not less than two (2) hours for which the ARTIST shall be compensated at the Free Day Rate as provided in Paragraph 19(k). d. Individual pictures used in souvenir booklets shall be mutually acceptable to the ARTIST and the EMPLOYER. ARTISTS’ names shall appear along with all solo and duo photos in EMPLOYER brochures and publicity materials. e. All photos which are used for publicity purposes in any document which is solely under the EMPLOYER’S control which have two (2) ARTISTS or less must be approved by the ARTISTS involved and shall identify the ARTISTS by name. EMPLOYER will develop a digital approval process that will be outlined in the Dancer’s Handbook and updated annually as digital technology evolves. ARTISTS shall have at least 48 hours to respond, and if no response is received within that time, EMPLOYER may consider the photographs approved. If violated ARTIST shall receive Fifty ($50.00) Dollars. f. Photographs or other reproducible likenesses of ARTISTS paid for by the EMPLOYER may be used on promotional items offered for sale to the public which promote the name of the EMPLOYER, the name of the ARTIST or the art form of dance. Such items or likenesses may not be licensed to third parties without written consent of ARTISTS. g. All ARTISTS shall have the right of approval of individual photographs of themselves (and any accompanying biographical sketch) used by the EMPLOYER in the EMPLOYER’S souvenir program. h. It is agreed that photographing, including waiting time, make-up time and travel incidental thereto, will be counted as rehearsal time and, if applicable, the appropriate overtime rate shall be paid to the ARTISTS. i. Photography. The photographic rights for the Exhibition are reserved to Management, and photography in the Exhibition required by Exhibitors can be carried out at moderate charges by the Official Photographers (as designated by management) if desired. Exhibitors wishing to make their own arrangements for the photographing of their exhibit must apply to Management, whose permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Photography. Any visual images or recordings showing children other than your own should not be posted on any social networking sites or blogs. The Pre-school will not photograph your child without prior consent. Pre-school Closure: On occasion there may be circumstances beyond our control that means the decision has to be taken to close the Pre-school. The Pre-school is obliged on these occasions to pay the staff and the Pre-school reserves the right to charge for any session which your child would have attended, if the Pre-school had not been closed due to circumstances beyond its control.

Photography. Licensee grants permission to California State University, its employees and agents, to take and use visual/audio images. Visual/audio images are any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. Licensee releases CSU and its employees and agents, including any firm authorized to publish, broadcast and/or distribute a finished product containing the images, from any claims, damages or liability which Licensee may ever have in connection with the taking or use of the images or printed material used with the images.
