Reproductions definition

Reproductions means copies, photographs, replicas or any other reproduction (in any format) of Creative Works.
Reproductions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Reproductions in a sentence

  • Such Intellectual Property and Reproductions cannot and must not be made available for use without the prior written permission of the owner(s) of the relevant Intellectual Property and/or Reproductions.

  • Reproduction means a copy of the official seal displaying the identical form and content, reproduced in only one color.

  • Copies means copies or records of any Confidential Information in whatever form (including, without limitation, in written, oral, visual or electronic form or on any magnetic or optical disk or memory and wherever located) including, without limitation, extracts, analysis, studies, plans, compilations or any other way of representing or recording and recalling information which contains, reflects or is derived or generated from Confidential Information;

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith.   • Data means all results, technical information and materials developed and/or obtained in the performance of the Services hereunder, including but not limited to all reports, survey and evaluation tools, surveys and evaluations, plans, charts, recordings (video and/or sound), pictures, curricula, electronically prepared presentations, public awareness or prevention campaign materials, drawings, analyses, graphic representations, computer programs and printouts, notes and memoranda, and documents, whether finished or unfinished, which result from or are prepared in connection with the Services performed hereunder.

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Literature We will furnish you with copies of each Fund's Prospectus, sales literature and other information made publicly available by the Fund, in reasonable quantities upon your request. We shall file Fund sales literature and promotional material with the NASD and SEC as required. You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.

  • Proprietary Materials means any tangible chemical, biological or physical research materials that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, regardless of whether such materials are specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party.

  • Electronic Format means any document or other means of communication that is created, recorded, transmitted or stored in digital form or in any other intangible form by electronic, magnetic or optical means or by any other computer-related means that have similar capabilities for creation, recording, transmission or storage;

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.

  • Reproduce means to make copies of the Work by any means including without limitation by sound or visual recordings and the right of fixation and reproducing fixations of the Work, including storage of a protected performance or phonogram in digital form or other electronic medium.

  • Files means all performance reviews, any other files related to job performance, administrative files, grievances, previous personnel applications, personnel-related claims, disciplinary actions, and all complaints, early warnings, and commendations, but does not include nonperformance or conduct-related data, including medical files, schedules, pay and benefit information, or similar administrative data or information.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Processes means, with respect to a loan, any of a series of acts or functions,

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Electronic Reports means any reports prepared by the Custodian and remitted to the Fund or its authorized representative via the internet or electronic mail.

  • Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

  • Databases means databases and other compilations and collections of data or information.

  • Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.
