Reproductions definition

Reproductions means copies, photographs, replicas or any other reproduction (in any format) of Creative Works.
Reproductions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Reproductions in a sentence

  • Reproductions of technical data or any portions thereof subject to asserted restrictions shall also reproduce the asserted restrictions.

  • Reproductions of the Monterey County Seal shall not be used in any documents submitted in response to this solicitation.

  • Reproduction means the making of one or more copies of a work or phonogram in any manner or form, including any permanent or temporary storage of the work or phonogram in electronic form;

  • Copies means copies or records of any Confidential Information in whatever form (including, without limitation, in written, oral, visual or electronic form or on any magnetic or optical disk or memory and wherever located) including, without limitation, extracts, analysis, studies, plans, compilations or any other way of representing or recording and recalling information which contains, reflects or is derived or generated from Confidential Information;

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • LITERATURE We will furnish you with copies of each Fund's Prospectus, sales literature and other information made publicly available by the Fund, in reasonable quantities upon your request. We shall file Fund sales literature and promotional material with the NASD and SEC as required. You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.

  • Files means all performance reviews, any other files related to job performance, administrative files, grievances, previous personnel applications, personnel related claims, disciplinary actions, and all complaints, early warnings, and commendations, but does not include nonperformance or conduct-related data, including medical files, schedules, pay and benefit information, or similar administrative data or information.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Processes means, with respect to a loan, any of a series of acts or functions,

  • Transmitting means the transferring of data electronically, such as via email, SFTP, webservices, AWS Snowball, etc.

  • Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order which is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines which sends the exact image to the receiver (pharmacy) in a hard copy form.
