EXHIBIT HOURS. Exhibits must be open and staffed each and every day at published opening and closing times during the annual Event. The Fair reserves the right to adjust the closing time based on certain conditions. i.e. attendance, weather, crowd size, etc.
EXHIBIT HOURS. Subject to clauses 3 & 4, the Licensee will: (a) take possession of the exhibit or concession location during move-in hours specified by the Licensor, and (b) complete all carpentry work and painting and have the Licensee’s exhibit in good order and ready prior to the move-in deadline specified by the Licensor. Failure by the Licensee to comply with the foregoing may result in forfeiture of Licensee’s rights under this Agreement and any amount paid hereunder. Exhibits must be: (a) fully set up, stocked, and have personnel on location during all Show hours; (b) dismantled and removed following the conclusion of the Show prior to the move-out deadline specified by the Licensor.
EXHIBIT HOURS. Vendors are required to keep their tables opened from 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Friday) and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. All booths must be manned during vendor hall times.
EXHIBIT HOURS. The Esri Event will be open during the hours set forth by Esri. Setup and teardown of Exhibits may only be done during the setup or teardown hours, unless arranged in advance with Esri and no individual under eighteen (18) years of age will be permitted on the Exhibit floor during physical Exhibit setup or teardown. Exhibits must be fully operational and staffed during the open exhibit as defined in the Exhibit Manual.
EXHIBIT HOURS. Resource room hours will be on the second day of each Brainstorming event. Exact hours will be posted by Management prior to show date. (Hours may be changed at any time at Management’s discretion.)
EXHIBIT HOURS. Vendor and racer gates open at 7am each day. Spectator gates open at 10am each day.
EXHIBIT HOURS. Tuesday: 7 – 8 a.m., Noon – 1:00 p.m., 3 – 3:15 p.m., 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. (sponsors welcome to attend all of day two for networking)

An afternoon break on Tuesday and morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday will be held in an area inside the Exhibit Hall. A Tuesday evening reception will take place inside the Exhibit Hall.
