PERFORMANCE PAY PLAN. Provided Xx. Xxxxxxxxx is not entitled to benefits under Article V of the PPP Plan, (the defined terms of which are incorporated in this Paragraph 2.(d)(ii) by reference), if the PPP Plan is in place through Xx. Xxxxxxxxx'x Termination Date and to the extent Xx. Xxxxxxxxx is entitled to participate therein, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx shall be entitled to receive cash in an amount equal to a prorated payout of his Incentive Pay Awards under the PPP Plan for the Performance Period in which the Termination Date shall have occurred, at target performance under the PPP Plan and prorated by the number of months which have passed since the beginning of the Performance Period until the Termination Date.

PERFORMANCE PAY PLAN. A Performance Pay Plan for hourly employees represented by the Union to be effective for the plan years 2015 through May 15, 2019 is set forth in Appendix III of this Agreement.
PERFORMANCE PAY PLAN. This portion of the Prop. 301 funding must be used for teacher compensation increases based on performance and employment related expenses. For the 2019-2020 school year, the amount will be $2,900 additional compensation per teacher and is tied to achievement of the Performance Goals. Any revenue remaining in this fund at the end of the fiscal year will be carried over to next year’s performance pay fund to maintain consistent allocations. In order to be eligible to receive Performance Pay, a teacher must be under contract with the District. In addition: ● New teachers must be contracted for at least 51% of the teacher contract year; ● Teachers assigned to different campuses will receive compensation in proportion to their assignment at each school; ● Part-time teachers will receive compensation in proportion to their assignment; ● Teachers taking a Leave of Absence will receive the performance pay compensation, unless the leave is longer than 92 days; ● Teachers leaving Xxxxxxxxxx District at any time during the school year (prior to the last contractual day) will not be eligible for compensation.
