Payout Formula definition

Payout Formula means as to any Performance Period, the formula or payout matrix established by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.4 in order to determine the Actual Awards (if any) to be paid to Participants. The formula or matrix may differ from Participant to Participant.
Payout Formula means the formula established by the Committee for determining Award Opportunities for a Performance Period based on the level of achievement of the Performance Objectives for the Performance Period.
Payout Formula means, as to any Performance Period, the formula or payout matrix established by the Committee pursuant to Section 7 in order to determine the Awards (if any) to be paid to Participants, which is generally expressed as a percentage (which may be more than 100%) of the Target Award. More Definitions of Payout Formula

Payout Formula means, as to any Performance Period, the formula or payout matrix established by the Committee pursuant to Section 5 in order to determine the Bonus Awards (if any) to be paid to each Participant. The Payout Formula may be (but is not required to be) expressed as a percentage (which may be more than 100%) of the Target Bonus Award. The Payout Formula may differ from Participant to Participant and, with respect to any one Participant in a given Performance Period.
Payout Formula or “Payout Formulae” means, as to any Plan Year, the formula, or formulae or payout matrix established pursuant to Section 3.3 below to guide the determination of any Payable Awards to be paid to Participants for that Plan Year.
