Performance Pay. In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.
Performance Pay. (a) In-range increases Employees below the 100% job rate and whose performance is rated as per the chart below, shall be awarded every year a minimum percentage of the job rate for movement within the range as follows: Did Not Meet Expectations 0% Met Expectations 3% Surpassed Expectations 4%
Performance Pay. 1. The City may grant an exceptional merit cash payment to any employee at “E” step that receives a satisfactory or above rating on their most recent performance report within the units represented by MEA. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the parties to this agreement that any employee receiving a payment under this provision shall not acquire any future rights to receive any future payment of salary beyond that employee’s base salary.
Performance Pay. Administrative Officers Level 6 shall be eligible for performance pay in a manner determined by the parties.

Performance Pay. 1. Teachers who qualify for performance pay shall be paid in accordance with the Performance Pay schedule in Appendix C.
Performance Pay. The Superintendent will conduct a performance evaluation of the Director each Contract year. Based on the outcome of the evaluation, the Director shall be eligible for a one- time performance payment in an amount not to exceed 2% of the current Director’s salary. Such payment shall be made at the end of a Contract year. The determination of the amount, if any, of performance pay for a Contract year shall be made by the Superintendent, and such determination shall be final.
Performance Pay. In addition to normal salary progression, the employer may decide to pay an additional performance payment to an employee or team for outstanding achievement(s). Any such payment will generally be defined by written performance criteria and signed by the employee or team and the employer. The written agreement will include a list of objectives, the performance measures that will be used to evaluate achievements, the amount available and timing of payment.
Performance Pay a. When a volunteer firefighter’s attendance at regular scheduled training exceeds the percentage indicated below, a one-time payment will be made for that calendar year as follows: Training Attended Payment 70% $100.00 80% $200.00 81% + $350.00
Performance Pay. 1. The City may grant an Exceptional Merit Cash Payment to any employee at “E” Step who receives a “meets standards” on their most recent Performance Evaluation within the units represented by MEA. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the Parties to this MOU that any employee receiving a payment under this provision shall not acquire any future rights to receive any future payment of salary beyond the employee’s base salary. MEA may discuss problems in the Exceptional Merit Cash Payment Program with the Human Resources Department. Management shall provide MEA an opportunity to review awards quarterly.
