Payment of Monthly Rent. Tenant will pay to Landlord a monthly rent of dollars ($ ), payable in advance on the first day of each month, except when that day falls on a weekend or legal holiday, in which case rent is due on the next business day. Payment of Monthly Rent. During the Term, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Monthly Rent, in advance, without offset, deduction, prior notice, or demand, and subject to adjustment Pursuant to Paragraph 5.2, on or before the first day of each month during the Term. All Monthly Rent payable hereunder shall be paid to Landlord, without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America which shall be legal tender at the time of payment at Landlord's address for notice or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
Payment of Monthly Rent. 4.1. (Monthly Rent) The Lessee must pay the Lessor in each month of the Term on the Monthly Payment Date the Monthly Rent which shall be the rent payable by the Lessee to the Lessor for the leasing by the Lessee of the Chattels. The payment of the Monthly Rent on or by the Monthly Payment Date in each month is an Essential Term of this Lease.
Payment of Monthly Rent. Your first month’s rent is due on your move-in date. Your first month’s rent is prorated based on a 30 day month and rounded to the nearest dollar. For example: If your move-in date is December 6th--you would be charged for 25 days in December (the 31st day of any month is waived and February is counted as a 30-day month). Thereafter, your full monthly rental payment is due on the first day of the month. There are no daily or weekly rates. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, money order, or credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please note there is a 3% service charge added to all charge card payments.

Monthly Rent for any partial calendar month shall be prorated on a per diem basis, based on a 365-day calendar year.
Payment of Monthly Rent. Payment of Monthly Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord in advance on or before the first day of each calendar month during the term of this Lease, an amount equal to the “Monthly Rent” as defined in Section 3.2 below. This due date for payment of monthly rent applies even if the first (1st) day of the calendar month falls on a weekend or holiday. In addition, upon signing this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the full amount of the first Monthly Rent.
Payment of Monthly Rent.
