Examples of Term of this Sublease in a sentence

  • If at any time during the Term of this Sublease the Sublessee abandons the Property or any part thereof, Sublessor may, at Sublessor's option, obtain possession of the Property in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Sublessee for damages or for any payment of any kind whatsoever.

  • At the end of the Term of this Sublease, the Sublessee shall deliver the Property and all that is included therein to the Sublessor in the condition it was delivered to the Sublessee, save for reasonable wear and tear.

  • The Term of this Sublease shall become effective upon the authorized execution of this Sublease and issuance of a Notice to Proceed under the terms of the CSA and payment of the last Sublease Payment, unless otherwise terminated pursuant to this Sublease, the Site Lease, or the CSA.

  • Subject to reasonable interference from construction operations by the Lessor under the terms of the Construction Services Agreement during the Term of this Sublease, Lessor shall provide the District with quiet use and enjoyment of the Site without suit, or hindrance from Lessor or their assigns, provided District is in compliance with its duties under this Sublease.
