Paydays and Pay Periods. Monthly salaried employees are paid once each month. Other than those issued for work in December, checks for the current month's work are presented and payable the last working day of the month. Checks for work performed in December of each year shall be presented on the last working day of December and payable on the first (1st) of January of each such academic year.
