Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability Insurance. Insurance providing a total limit of $1,000,000 for all damages arising out of bodily injury or death of persons in any one accident or occurrence and for all damages arising out of injury or destruction of property in any one accident or occurrence and subject to a total (aggregate) limit of $2,000,000 for all damages arising out of bodily injury to or death of persons in all accidents or occurrences and out of injury to or destruction of property during the policy period. This coverage shall be for and in the name of the State of Connecticut.
Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability Insurance. Contractor shall procure as a cost of the project and furnish an Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability Insurance Policy with the following minimum limits:

Such policy shall include as "Named Insured" the City of Xxxxxx and all subcontractors as their interests may appear. [X] Commercial Crime/Employee Dishonesty Provides coverage for the theft or disappearance of cash or checks, robbery inside/outside the premises, burglary of the premises, and employee fidelity. This type insurance should be required if the contractor has access to City funds. Limits of not less than $50,000 for each occurrence are required.
