Employee Dishonesty. Employee Dishonesty and (when applicable) Inside/Outside Money and Securities coverages for State of Washington and/or Purchaser-owned property in the care, custody, and control of Contractor. Coverage limits shall not be less than $1,000,000. The limits of all insurance required to be provided by Contractor shall be no less than the minimum amounts specified. Coverage in the amounts of these minimum limits, however, shall not be construed to relieve Contractor from liability in excess of such limits. A cross-liability clause or separation of insured condition shall be included in the general liability, policy required by this Master Contract.

Employee Dishonesty. We will indemnify you for loss of or damage to money, securities and other property resulting directly from theft committed by an employee, whether identified or not, acting alone or in collusion with other persons. For the purposes of this Insuring Agreement, theft shall also include forgery.

Contractor waives all rights against the State of Washington for the recovery of damages to the extent such damages are covered by any insurance required herein.

In the event that the Lead Agency does not provide coverage for employee dishonesty, the Lead Agency shall assume all risk for losses arising from employee dishonesty and UWGLC shall not make any payments to cover losses incurred as a result of employee dishonesty.
