City Funds definition

City Funds refers to all funds received by DDI under this Contract to 94 perform the BID Services. 95

City Funds. – means funding support through the City’s annual operating or capital budgets, including, but not limited to: funds provided directly to City programs and services, Member of Councils' expenses and staffing budgets. The City’s Community Grants Policy outlines political activity provisions for a grant recipient. It states that grant recipients shall not use funds provided by the City to oppose or endorse a named party or elected official. Any such grants may not be devoted directly to such activities or devoted indirectly through provision of resources to a third party engaged in partisan political activities.

City Funds. Collectively, City Loan Funds and City Site Funds.

Examples of City Funds in a sentence

• The requirements of this Section of this Contract shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any approval or authorization otherwise required for this Contract to be effective and for the expenditure of City Funds.

• Guildhall Administration encompasses most of the central support services for the City, with the costs being fully recovered from the three main City Funds, Housing Revenue Account, Museum of London and other external bodies in accordance with the level of support provided.

More Definitions of City Funds

City Funds means all monies or other assets received and managed by, or which are otherwise under the control of the City, and any notes, bonds, securities, certificated of indebtedness or other fiscal obligations issued by the City.

City Funds has the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.1(a);

City Funds means funds of each city having a population of one hundred twenty-five thousand or more inhabitants and less than one million inhabitants derived from any source except funds contained with-in the capital budget, funds from county sales tax revenues shared with such city, funds derived from any federal source and funds derived from any state or private sources over which the city has no discretion, as defined pursuant to regulations developed by the commissioner and approved by the director of the budget.

City Funds means funds provided by the City to or for the benefit of Declarant and used in connection with the Project.
