Notice of Discipline. All notices of disciplinary action shall include a statement of the reasons therefore and a statement advising the employee that the action is subject to the BOT-UFF Policy on Neutral, Internal Resolution of Policy Disputes and may, in the event of an allegation of a violation of the BOT- UFF Agreement, be subject to the grievance procedure thereunder. All such notices shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested, or delivered in person to the employee with written documentation of receipt obtained.
Notice of Discipline. The Town will provide the employee with a written Notice of Discipline, which will contain all charges and specifications and the penalty. Simultaneously, a copy of the notice will be sent to the UPSEU representative.
Notice of Discipline. 10.8 A notice of disciplinary action shall be served on the employee by the appropriate administrator in person or by certified mail at the employee's last known address.

After the Xxxxxx meeting or written response, the Xxxxxx Officer shall make a recommendation to the Superintendent/President as to whether the proposed discipline should be sustained, overruled or modified. After the employee or designated representative has responded to the Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action, or the time to respond has passed, and if the author of the Notice still determines that discipline is appropriate, then the employee shall be provided with a Notice of Discipline. The Notice of Discipline shall include the following:
