N o Discrimination. The Board agrees not to interfere with the right of faculty members to become members of the Faculty Senate, and there shall be no discrimination against any faculty member because of such membership. The parties likewise acknowledge the right of any faculty member not to become a member of the Faculty Senate. Use of Facilities and
N o Discrimination. There shall be no discrimination, restraint or coercion against any employee by either the Employer or the Union because of race, creed, colour, age, sex or national origin.
N o Discrimination. The Parties agree that the School is subject to, and shall be operated by Operator in compliance with, all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit discrimination, including without limitation all such laws and provisions that prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability, race, color, gender, national origin, religion, or ancestry.
N o Discrimination. There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, harassment, intimidation, or any disciplinary action exercised or practised with respect to an employee by reason of age, race, creed, colour, national and ethnic origin, religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, mental or physical disability, conviction for which a pardon has been granted, or membership or activity in the Alliance. ARTICLE
N o Discrimination. The parties agree that there be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, restraint or exercised or practised by the Employer, the Union or their representatives because of membership in the Union or because of activity or lack of activity in the Union. The Employer, employees and the Union agree to conduct their affairs in accordance with the Ontario HumanRights Code. Accordingly, there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, race, colour, creed, handicap, record of offences, religion or national origin. Where an employee alleges a violation of this Article, they may file a grievance at stage of the grievance procedure.
N o Discrimination. 7.01 There shall be no discrimination, intimidation, or coercion by the Employer or the Union or its members against any employee on the grounds of race, creed, colour, sex, national origin, religion or age or any other grounds prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Act as amended from time to time. The Employer, the Union and its members are committed to the principles and provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and to an environment free from workplace harassment, bullying, and violence.
N o Discrimination. The Newburyport Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability in admission to, access to, employment in, or treatment in its programs and activities.
N o Discrimination. It is agreed that there will be no discrimination by either party or by any of the employees covered by this agreement on the basis of race, colour, or religious beliefs or any prohibited ground set out in the Human Rights Code, as amended.
N o Discrimination. Forward House and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, recall, discipline, discharge, or in the administration of any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement by reason of any grounds prohibited under the O ntario Human Rights Code, nor by reason of the employee's membership in the Union or Union activity as authorized by this Agreement.
N o Discrimination. 3.01 The Company and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination against any employee because of race creed, colour, age, sex, national origin, union membership or union activity.
