Programs and Activities. If the sponsor has received a grant (or other federal assistance) for any of the sponsor’s program or activities, these requirements extend to all of the sponsor’s programs and activities.
Programs and Activities. CHAPTER shall endeavor to sponsor and conduct programs and activities that further the purposes and objectives of OHBM , and shall use its best efforts to ensure that such programs and activities are of the highest quality with respect to content, materials, logistical preparation and otherwise. CHAPTER shall endeavor to use, to the extent possible, materials available through OHBM in support of such programs and activities. CHAPTER shall send to OHBM on a regular basis a schedule of upcoming meetings, conferences and seminars, as well as other programs and activities that CHAPTER intends to sponsor or conduct. OHBM may, at its sole discretion, send representatives to observe such programs and activities.

In accordance with UME requirements, Club endeavors to provide a variety of learning experiences and to conduct programs and activities that further the purposes and objectives of 4-H. Club, through UME, will make available to Foundation, upon request by Foundation to UME, information regarding Club meetings, programs and other activities, as necessary for Foundation to meet its obligations under the GEN. Foundation may send representatives to observe such programs and activities, as necessary for Foundation to meet its obligations under the GEN.

The School reserves the right to determine all aspects of its educational, co-curricular, extra-curricular, sporting and other programs, events, courses and activities, including whether they are offered, provided, amended or discontinued, and the resources applied to them including availability, timetabling and staff allocation. The CHAPTER shall endeavor to sponsor programs and activities that serve the purposes and objectives of the ASSOCIATION and shall use its best efforts to ensure that these programs and activities are of the highest quality with respect to program content, materials and logistical preparation. Programs and activities shall include: (1) Faculty exchanges for teaching and consultation; (2) cross-disciplinary research; (3) proposal writing; (4) development and exchange of publications, library materials, data, and other teaching and research materials; (5) exchange of staff personnel (either unilateral or bilateral); (6) study abroad; (7) technical assistance; 8) development of seminars, workshops, exhibitions and conferences; (9) undergraduate student exchanges (10) graduate student studies; (11) language training; (12) joint programs; and (13) internships. The institutions pledge to identify and explore avenues for financial resources to support the academic interests and activities sponsored under this MOU.
Programs and Activities. Subject to paragraph 14.7, below, the Respondents shall ensure that appropriate auxiliary aids and services are made available in all programs and activities offered by YSI facilities, including: discipline, treatment, education, recreation, group living, meals, vocational training, and religion.
