Bulletin Board and Mailboxes. The Senate shall be provided with reasonable bulletin board space for the posting of notices and materials relating to Senate activities. Such materials shall be identified with the name of the Senate and signed by an appropriate officer thereof. Such materials shall not be derogatory of any person associated with the College and shall not include items which are primarily endorsements of candidates for political office (other than offices of the Senate or of AFT Local 1600). The Board shall permit the Senate to distribute official Senate materials to faculty members through College mail service subject to reasonable Board regulations. This authorization shall terminate forthwith if any governmental agency or court of competent jurisdiction shall determine such mail services cannot be utilized without the affixation of postage or payment of fee.

Bulletin Board and Mailboxes. The Union shall have access to mailboxes and a bulletin board in the teachers' lounge to distribute and post authorized Union literature in all school buildings. No person except a Union designee shall add or remove such material from the bulletin board. The Union shall have the right to use the paraprofessional mailboxes in the school buildings for the distribution of Union materials. As necessary, paraprofessionals assigned to the same classroom may be assigned to a shared mailbox.
