Multi-Year Contract. The Board and the Superintendent agree that this Contract is a multi-year contract within the meaning of Section 10-23.8 of the School Code. By accepting the terms of a multi-year contract, the Superintendent waives all rights granted him under Sections 24- 11 through 24-16 of the School Code only for the term of the multi-year contract. However, the Superintendent does not waive any previously acquired tenure with the School District pursuant to the law.
Multi-Year Contract. A) After an administrator has two full years (24 months) of service in the District as an administrator, the Board will employ the administrator on a two-year contract. The Board, through the Superintendent, will provide notice to each such administrator on or before January 15 of the last year of his/her administrative contract of its intent to renew the contract for an additional two year period. Absent timely notice of non-renewal the Board will offer the Administrator a successor two year contract.
Multi-Year Contract. 449. Benefits of employment established by this Memorandum of Understanding shall conform at all times to the requirements of Charter section A8.404. The parties agree to meet and confer if and when necessary to meet the above requirement.

Emergency purchases must meet the requirements of Local Government Code 252.022, and must be ratified by City Council if the purchase is $50,000 or more. (Standard Addendum - Select if Vendor has additional terms and conditions that apply to this purchase) □ Standard Addendum with the City of Burleson, Texas - If this purchase contains additional terms and conditions from the Vendor, other than those set forth in the Agreement, the Vendor shall agree to the Standard Addendum with the City of Burleson, Texas. Such applicable terms and conditions as set forth in the Standard Addendum shall supersede any conflicting terms of the Vendor's terms and conditions, and such Standard Addendum shall control. Multi-Year Contract. It is understood and agreed between the parties to this agreement that this contract shall be multi-year in nature and is designated to cover the labor and management understanding for all employees covered by this contract for four (4) years except that the provisions hereinafter detailed shall automatically change effective January 1 of the year of the contract term involved provided that in the event that legislation is required, the effectiveness of the provisions shall be postponed until said legislation is adopted but shall be retroactive in any event until January 1 of the year involved.

Multi-Year Contract. The contract is subject to the requirements of FAR 17.106. However, this is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract where the Contractor is authorized to be reimbursed for all costs which are allowable in accordance with FAR 52.216‐7, “Allowable Costs and Payment.” Therefore, the Contractor will not incur any costs which would have been amortized over the life of the contract should the contract be cancelled in accordance with FAR 52.217‐2. Multi-Year Contract a. Contracts that require funding appropriation for more than one fiscal year automatically terminate if money sufficient for the continued performance is not appropriated for any fiscal year. The date of termination is the last day of the fiscal year for which money was last appropriated, or the date provided in the termination clause of the procurement contract, whichever is earlier.
Multi-Year Contract. A. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the agreement of the teacher, multi-year contracts may be used. Part time teachers and all tutors are excluded from this provision.
