The public can comment on the Chapter 380 Business Expansion proposal at this Council meeting. • The Chapter 380 Business Expansion Program Category proposal, application, evaluation documents, analysis and proposed contract are announced in a press release and made available to the public at the time of the Agenda posting. All of this information is posted to the Economic Development Department’s page on the City website. • An online comment portal is setup to collect public comments for a minimum of five business days, unless special circumstances are required. All comments received are forwarded to the City Council prior to the second Council meeting. • The second City Council meeting includes a public hearing and City Council action.
