CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE C4.1 OPSBA, the Crown and OSSTF agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest.
Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.
Board Supervision All of the functions undertaken by the Investment Manager hereunder shall at all times be subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, its executive committee, or any committee or officers of the Company acting under the authority of the Board of Directors.
MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.
City’s Manager’s Authority To the extent, if any, the City has the power to suspend or terminate this contract or the Contractor’s services under this contract, that power may be exercised by City Manager or a deputy or assistant City Manager without City Council action.
School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
Board of Education a) If the unit member and the Association are not satisfied with the decision at Stage 2, the Grievance Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board of Education within fifteen (15) school days after receiving the decision at Stage 2. The official grievance record maintained by the Superintendent of Schools shall be available for the use of the Board of Education.
Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.
Level Two - Superintendent 1. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level One.
