Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any professional employee is required to appear before the Board or any committee thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his/her office, position or employment, or the salary or any increments pertaining thereto, then he/she shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Council or legal counsel present to advise him/her and represent him/her during such meeting or interview.
Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the Employer’s policy, availability of the space and with prior written authorization of the Employer.
Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.
Meeting A copy of the decision shall be sent to the grievant and to the UFF grievance representative if the grievant elected self-representation or representation by legal counsel.
Lender Meetings Parent will, within 90 days after the close of each fiscal year of Parent, at the request of Agent or of the Required Lenders and upon reasonable prior notice, hold a meeting (at a mutually agreeable location and time or, at the option of Agent, by conference call) with all Lenders who choose to attend such meeting at which meeting shall be reviewed the financial results of the previous fiscal year and the financial condition of Parent and its Subsidiaries and the projections presented for the current fiscal year of Parent.
