City buildings definition

City buildings means all City-owned and operated buildings and those portions of buildings leased and operated by the City of Oxford.
City buildings means City Hall and Police Department. This applies only to the above mentioned buildings that are currently being used by the City for governmental properties, and not buildings that may be vacant but are owned by the City.
