Laundering of Work Clothing. The laundering of TTC Issue Work Clothing shall be provided to employees as set out in Appendix D of the Memorandum of Settlement dated September 4, 1991. (Refer to Schedule “C-1” on page 117) Clothing Charges Any employee whose employment is terminated within four (4) months after receipt of a voucher shall reimburse the Commission for the full value of the vouchers issued. If the termination is within eight (8) months, the employee shall reimburse the Commission one- half the value of the vouchers issued. Such costs will not be deducted in case of death of the employee or retirement on pension, or transfer to other employment within the Commission. Any employee whose employment is terminated by resignation after ten or more years of service has been completed shall not be required to reimburse the Commission for the value of the vouchers issued.

Section Safety Shoe Allowance Regular employees who are members of the bargaining unit, who have completed months of continuous employment with the Commission and who are assigned to work on a regular in a work group where wearing safety shoes is “mandatory” are eligible for a maximum allowance as follows: Effective July per contract year The above allowances are to be granted only after the submis- sion of appropriate proof of purchase. Eligible employees may defer to the following contract year their allowance, if not The full deferred allowance will be added to the follow- ing year’s allowance to be applied towards the purchase of safety shoes in that year. However, at no time shall there be more than one deferred allowance in determining the total allow- ance. The above provision will only apply to those employees who are entitled to the maximum allowance. Employees with less than twelve months continuous ser- vice and temporary employees of the bargaining unit assigned to a “mandatory” safety shoe work group shall be reimbursed an allowance equal to of the maximum allowance (calculated from their date of entry) for each remaining months of the con- tract year.   • Stop Work Order (a) NYSERDA may at any time, by written Order to the Contractor, require the Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work called for by this Agreement for a period of up to ninety (90) days after the Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree. Any such order shall be specifically identified as a Stop Work Order issued pursuant to this Section. Upon receipt of such an Order, the Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Work covered by the Order during the period of work stoppage consistent with public health and safety. Within a period of ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, NYSERDA shall either:

  • Stop Work Orders A. The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.
