Stop Work Order definition

Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.
Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.
Stop Work Order means an order issued pursuant to section 6 of this local law.

Examples of Stop Work Order in a sentence

  • The Prime Awardee shall not be liable to the Subrecipient for any Work performed, or any other costs or expenses incurred, by the Subrecipient after its receipt of the Stop Work Order.

  • The Owner acknowledges and agrees that violations of these Plans during construction can result in a Stop Work Order and other enforcement measures by the City.

  • Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, the Subrecipient shall immediately stop all Work.
