Late Payment of Wages. 11.1 Where an underpayment of wages occurs by reason of an error in calculation by the Employer involving 2.5% or more of the employee’s net weekly wage, the payment will be corrected within 24 hours at the request of the employee.
Late Payment of Wages. (a) Wage payments shall be made in accordance with the time periods specified in the Agreement. If such payments are not made within the time periods specified and the musician or Federation gives prompt written notice of such delayed payment, the following late payment charges shall apply:
Late Payment of Wages a. Wages are due within 15 business days of the date of the session or 15 business days of receipt of invoice in the case of a non-performance service (e.g. Copying, Orchestration and other Music Preparation). Payments made after the 15th business day will accrue late payment charges and the following late payment charges shall apply:
Late Payment of Wages. If payment is not made within 15 business days of the session (as per paragraph 20 above), a late payment penalty will be assessed as follows: • If payment is made after 15 business days, a 10% late payment penalty will be assessed. • If payment is made after 30 business days, a 25% late payment penalty will be assessed. • If payment is made after 50 business days, a 50% late penalty will be assessed, plus an additional 10% late penalty for each 30 day period (or portion thereof in excess of 50 days) in which payment is not made.
Late Payment of Wages. (a) Vinidex provides a commitment to it’s work force that payment of wages will be made in accordance with this Agreement. Where late payment arises from error or omission by the Company and the financial institution imposes a fee or penalty (proven by written evidence), Vinidex agrees: in the case of once only fees, to reimburse the fees charged; in the case of penalties such as interest rate increases, to work with the employee concerned to overturn the penalty imposed.
Late Payment of Wages. (a) Except in circumstances beyond the control of the Employer, and subject to clause 21.5 below, an Employee kept waiting for more than a quarter of an hour for wages, on the normal pay day after the usual time for ceasing work, is to be paid the overtime rate after that quarter of an hour, with a minimum payment of a quarter of an hour, and payment shall continue on that day until the Employee is advised that payment will not be forthcoming on that day.
Late Payment of Wages. It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that the Employer has an exceptional record of paying wages to employees on or before the required time. It is not the Employer’s intent to deliberately fail to pay any employee by the required time but it is accepted that errors could be made from time to time. Th s subclause deals with the arrangements to occur if an employee is paid late and that payment results from a deliberate failure to p y on time rather than an unintended underpayment.
