PERFORMANCE SERVICE Clause Samples

The PERFORMANCE SERVICE clause defines the standards and requirements for how services must be delivered under the agreement. It typically outlines the expected level of quality, timeliness, and efficiency that the service provider must meet, and may include specific metrics or benchmarks for evaluating performance. For example, it might require that services be completed within certain timeframes or meet particular quality thresholds. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of service expectations, thereby reducing disputes and providing a basis for accountability if performance falls short.
