Internal Account Transfers. Company acknowledges that the Internal Account Transfers feature of First Online Cash Management Services is an alternate entry system for transferring funds between Eligible Accounts held at Bank, and includes but is not limited to Loan Transfers, Same Day and Recurring Transfers. An "Eligible Account" is an Account linked to the Service that does not have withdrawal restrictions, such as a Certificate of Deposit. To schedule a transfer of funds between Eligible Accounts, you must provide the Eligible Accounts from and to which the transfer is to be made, the amount to be transferred, and the date(s) the transfer(s) is to be made. Each transfer amount must not be less than $1.00 and not more than $25,000. Withdrawals (transfers) from a savings Account or a money market Account are limited by Federal Banking Regulations to six (6) per month. If the six (6) withdrawals per month limit is exceeded, we reserve the right to impose a penalty fee. If we have notified you that you are in violation of this regulation and you continue to exceed this limit, we reserve the right to change your savings or money market Account to a checking Account product. The Rules shall govern the acceptance and liability for all Internal Account Transfer requests. The processing cut-off time for Internal Account Transfers each Business Day will be set by Bank from time to time and published in the First Online Cash Management Services Fees and Cut-off Times Schedule (Exhibit C).

Internal Account Transfers. Transfers may be made between Eligible Accounts. An “Eligible Account” is an Account linked to NetTeller that does not have withdrawal restrictions, such as a certificate of deposit. To schedule a transfer of funds between Eligible Accounts, you must provide to us the Eligible Account from and to which the transfer is to be made and the amount to be transferred. Each transfer must be in an amount not less than $.01 and not more than $99,999.99. Any attempted transfer which exceeds the available balance in the Eligible Account from which the funds are to be transferred will not be made. Transfers from accounts requiring two or more signatures are not permitted. After you send the transfer instructions, you will receive a confirmation number (“Confirmation Number”). The Confirmation Number will help us resolve any questions you may have concerning a transfer.

Internal Account Transfers. The Client acknowledges that prior to up submitting a request to make an Internal Account Transfer from one denominated currency into another (“Internal Account Transfer Request”), it is required to fully authorise the Internal Account Transfer Request on the Investec Business Online platform prior to Investec to processing the same. The Client accepts that in order for Investec to process the Internal Account Transfer Request, it is required to make an Election and complete a mandatory BoP Form which shall submitted to the SARB for regulatory reporting purposes. Subject to the affirmative approval from Investec Exchange Control and in the event of the Client electing to confirm the exchange rate by itself, the Client has until the transfer date (inclusive thereof) to confirm the exchange rate of the Internal account Transfer Request. Should the Client fail to do so, on the transfer date Investec will confirm the exchange rate on behalf of the Client in its absolute discretion and shall process the Internal Account Transfer Request on the next business day. Subject to the affirmative approval from Investec Exchange Control and in the event of the Client nominating Investec to confirm the exchange rate on behalf of itself, Investec shall confirm the exchange rate in its absolute discretion. The Client further acknowledges and accepts that Investec shall accept any liability for confirming the exchange rate on the Client’s behalf and does not indemnify the Client for any losses and / or damages it may suffer as a result of the confirmed exchange rate.
Internal Account Transfers. You may use the service to transfer funds to and from your share accounts on a one-time or recurring basis. You may use the service to make loan payments from your share accounts. Transfers to another Member of the Credit Union. You may use the “Member to Member Accounts” Service to make one-time transfers from your savings or checking account to another member’s account at Navigator Credit Union. The transfer can be completed by having the other member’s name and Navigator account number OR by utilizing the M2M Code. External Account Transfer. Allows you to move money between Your Navigator Account and accounts at different financial institutions that are owned by you. You may have as many as five inbound transfers totaling $1,000 per day and as many as five outbound transfers totaling $10,000 per day. By enrolling or using the External Account Transfer Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of the External Account Transfer Service Agreement.

  • Internal Transfers Transfers from one customer identification number to a different customer identification number will be One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per account transferred.

  • External Transfers Bank will not be obligated to make any transfer you may request unless there are sufficient available funds in your Transfer From account to cover the transfer on the Transfer On date. If there are insufficient available funds to cover a transfer, Bank will not retry the transaction and the transfer will be immediately rejected. As well, you are responsible for providing Bank accurate and complete information and for verifying that all money has been properly transferred to the appropriate accounts. The Cutoff Time for the External Transfer Service is 6pm CST on any Business Day. All Cutoff Times referenced in this Agreement reflect the times displayed on Bank’s internal system clocks and may not necessarily be synchronized with the internal clock displayed on your computer. For this reason, Xxxx suggests that you transmit any instructions to Bank sufficiently in advance of such Cutoff Times to eliminate the possibility of missing the Cutoff Time. All outgoing transfers are assumed to be Next Day. Money being transferred is taken out of the Bank Transfer From account on the Business Day that the transfer is requested, assuming all funds are available. Transfers between deposit accounts held by Bank and an External Account that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will begin processing on the same day. Transfers to an External Account will be deducted from your Transfer From account held by Bank on the Transfer On date and will usually be reflected in your External Account on the next Business Day. However, the receiving bank’s processing policies and guidelines still apply and may not allow for same day availability. Transfers from External Accounts are subject to the processing times of the financial institution holding your External Account. Instructions for transfers from External Accounts that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will be sent to the holder of your External Account on the same day for processing. Transfer instructions relating to External Accounts and the transmission and issuance of data related to such instructions shall be received pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") and the applicable automated clearing house ("Regional ACH") (collectively, the "Rules") and you and Bank agree to be bound by such Rules as in effect from time to time. In accordance with such Rules, any credit to your deposit account held by Bank or your External Account shall be provisional until such credit has been finally settled by Bank or the third party institution which holds your External Account, as the case may be. You acknowledge that you have received notice of this requirement and of the fact that if Bank does not receive final settlement for a transfer for any reason, Bank shall charge back the amount of such transfer to the Transfer To or Transfer From account (as applicable) or any other of your accounts or claim a refund from you.

  • Final Accounting Upon the dissolution of the Company, a proper accounting shall be made from the date of the last previous accounting to the date of dissolution.

  • Final Account 57.1 The Contractor shall supply to the Engineer a detailed account of the total amount that the Contractor considers payable under the Contract before the end of the Defects Liability Period. The Engineer shall issue a Defect Liability Certificate and certify any final payment that is due to the Contractor within 56 days of receiving the Contractor's account if it is correct and complete. If it is not, the Engineer shall issue within 56 days a schedule that states the scope of the corrections or additions that are necessary. If the Final Account is still unsatisfactory after it has been resubmitted, the Engineer shall decide on the amount payable to the Contractor and issue a payment certificate, within 56 days of receiving the Contractor’s revised account.

Safe use of your PayPal account You should take reasonable steps to stop your PayPal account being misused. You must maintain adequate security and control of any and all devices, items, IDs, passwords and personal identification numbers / codes that you use to access your PayPal account and the PayPal services. You must comply with all reasonable instructions we may issue regarding how you can keep your Payment Instrument safe. We may require you to authenticate any instruction relating to your account (i.e. give us the information that we need to be sure that it’s you giving us the instruction, such as submitting your correct log-in information – this could include your e-mail address and password) and otherwise successfully log into your PayPal account to provide to us your instruction. You must keep your postal address, email address, phone number of a phone to which you are the primary user and other contact information current in your PayPal account profile. You may expressly grant, remove and manage permissions for some third parties to take certain actions on your behalf. In some cases you can do this when logged into your account – in other cases you can do this directly with the third party. You acknowledge that if you grant permission for a third party to take actions on your behalf, we may disclose certain information about your Account to this third party. You may permit third party service providers licensed by applicable law to: • provide account information services to access information about your account on your behalf; • confirm whether an amount necessary for the execution of a card-based payment transaction is available on your account; or • provide payment initiation services to initiate payments from your account on your behalf. Granting permission to any third party to access your account in any way does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this user agreement. You are liable to us for the actions that you authorise the third parties to carry out. You will not hold us responsible for, and you will indemnify us from, any liability arising from the actions or inactions of such third parties in connection with the permissions you granted, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

  • Internal Substitution A. Every reasonable effort will be made to secure substitutes for teachers when they are absent from duty.

  • Shift Transfers An employee who wishes to work on a shift other than the shift assigned to him by the Company, may make application in accordance with the terms of this Section:

  • SUBSEQUENT TRANSFERS (a) Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in paragraph (b) below and pursuant to the terms of each Subsequent Transfer Agreement, in consideration of the Trustee’s delivery, on behalf of the Trust, on the related Subsequent Transfer Date to or upon the order of the Seller of the purchase price therefor, the Seller shall on any Subsequent Transfer Date sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey without recourse to the Depositor and the Depositor shall sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey without recourse to the Trust, all right, title and interest of the Seller and Depositor, as applicable, in and to each Subsequent Mortgage Loan transferred pursuant to such Subsequent Transfer Agreement, including (i) the related Principal Balance as of the related Cut-Off Date after giving effect to payments of principal due on or before the Cut-Off Date; (ii) all collections in respect of interest and principal received after the related Cut-Off Date (other than principal and interest due on or before such Cut-off Date); (iii) property which secured such Subsequent Mortgage Loan and which has been acquired by foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure; (iv) its interest in any insurance policies in respect of such Subsequent Mortgage Loan; and (v) all proceeds of any of the foregoing. The transfer by the Seller to the Depositor and by the Depositor to the Trust of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans set forth on the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule shall be absolute and shall be intended by the Seller, the Depositor and all parties hereto to be treated as a sale by the Seller to the Depositor and as a sale by the Depositor to the Trust. If the assignment and transfer of the Mortgage Loans and the other property specified in this Section 2.13 from the Seller to the Depositor and by the Depositor to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement is held or deemed not to be a sale or is held or deemed to be a pledge of security for a loan, both the Seller and the Depositor intend that the rights and obligations of the parties shall be established pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and that, in such event, (i) the Seller shall be deemed to have granted and does hereby grant to the Depositor and the Depositor shall be deemed to have granted and does hereby grant to the Trust as of such Subsequent Transfer Date a first priority security interest in the entire right, title and interest of the Seller and of the Depositor in and to the Subsequent Mortgage Loans and all other property conveyed to the Trust pursuant to this Section 2.13 and all proceeds thereof and (ii) this Agreement shall constitute a security agreement under applicable law. The purchase price shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Principal Balances of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the related Cut-Off Date. On or before each Subsequent Transfer Date, the Seller shall deliver to, and deposit with the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, the Related Documents with respect to each Subsequent Mortgage Loan transferred on such Subsequent Transfer Date, and the related Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule in computer readable format with respect to such Subsequent Mortgage Loans.
