High School Advisory. If Advisory exists at the high school level, it shall be designed to meet each school’s needs. It shall not result in an additional preparation, grading, or increased duties for teachers. It should not include club or advisory time in which teachers are already receiving a stipend.

High School Advisory. When a position as Advisory Leader at North Andover High School is needed, the Building Principal or designee will post the positions that are available to unit members. Advisory Leaders will be chosen from the pool of unit members who apply for the position(s). The appointment, as long as the unit member performs the duties satisfactorily, will be until the group of students in that advisory graduate. Compensation for this position will be a stipend of $400 per year to be paid in a lump sum as part of the first payroll in June. If unit members share the responsibilities, then each unit member will be paid the full stipend. If unit members split the responsibilities, then the stipend will be split equally among the unit members.
High School Advisory o The District and PETA believe that an Advisory period provides the opportunity for staff to support students, academically and socially and promote their overall wellness. Advisory teachers can use this Advisory time to focus on activities that support College and Career Readiness, Graduation pathway, Academic Intervention, Restorative Justice, Peer Mentoring, SSR and teambuilding. Administration, with the help of the counselors, will provide all Advisors any supports needed to ensure the success of the program. ● The Summer Bridge Program is an Intersession program for a duration of two (2) days during the summer for the incoming ninth grade class. The Summer Bridge Program shall comply with Article XXIII of the current CBA. ● Any unit member who is asked by the District and agrees to take another unit member’s class during their block schedule preparation time shall be compensated two (2) hours at the extra-duty rate of pay. Non- block schedule preparation time shall be compensated one (1) hour at the extra-duty rate of pay.
High School Advisory. The Renton School District and the Renton Education Association believe that an advisory period provides the opportunity for staff to support students, academically and socially. High schools may choose to use advisory time to focus on activities that support Culminating Project, College and Career Readiness, On Time Graduation, Academic Intervention, Progress Monitoring, Enrichment Activities, Peer Mentoring, Relationship Building between staff and students, or other activities determined by the building decision making process. Total time set aside for advisory should not exceed 90 minutes per month on average. Schools seeking to meet for more than ninety minutes per month must seek approval using the advisory waiver template. (Form included in Appendix E.) For advisory waivers to be approved for first semester, the waiver process must be completed and submitted to the Renton School District and the Renton Education Association by April 1st of the previous year. For second semester, the advisory waiver process must be completed and submitted to the RSD and REA by November 1st. Such waivers may be approved for up to two years.

An independent financial adviser will be appointed to advise the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders on, among other matters, the fairness and reasonableness of the Loan Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.

  • Advisory Board (a) The Managing Member may establish an Advisory Board comprised of members of the Managing Member’s expert network and external advisors. The Advisory Board will be available to provide guidance to the Managing Member on the strategy and progress of the Company. Additionally, the Advisory Board may: (i) be consulted with by the Managing Member in connection with the acquisition and disposal of a Series Asset, (ii) conduct an annual review of the Company’s acquisition policy, (iii) provide guidance with respect to, material conflicts arising or that are reasonably likely to arise with the Managing Member, on the one hand, and the Company, a Series or the Economic Members, on the other hand, or the Company or a Series, on the one hand, and another Series, on the other hand, (iv) approve any material transaction between the Company or a Series and the Managing Member or any of its Affiliates, another Series or an Economic Member (other than the purchase of interests in such Series), (v) provide guidance with respect to the appropriate levels of annual fleet level insurance costs and maintenance costs specific to each individual Series Asset, and review fees, expenses, assets, revenues and availability of funds for distribution with respect to each Series on an annual basis and (vi) approve any service providers appointed by the Managing Member in respect of the Series Assets.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.   • Sponsor The Sponsor is authorized to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver on behalf of the Trust, any such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Sponsor a limited power of attorney appointing the Sponsor as the Trust’s agent and attorney-in-fact to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver any such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.
