Investment Advisor definition

Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
Investment Advisor means any person or entity who is an Authorized Person to give Instructions with respect to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund's Investments.
Investment Advisor means the entity identified by the Funds to BNY Mellon as the entity having investment responsibility with respect to the Funds.

  • The Custodian shall not have any agency (except as contemplated in preceding sentence), trust or fiduciary obligation to the Fund, its Investment Advisor or any other person in connection with the execution of any foreign exchange transaction.
