FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Recognizing the value of Union input on behalf of employees, the parties agree to the following:
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. (a) The Union's representative(s) will be included in the consultation and planning process from the early phases of, including representation on the Fiscal Advisory Committee or equivalent committee, to its final stages of completion, to assist the Hospital in minimizing layoffs or job loss, and in developing labour adjustment strategies where necessary.
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. (a) The Union’s representative(s) will be included in the consultation and planning process from the early phases of the budget planning process, through representation on the Fiscal Advisory Committee or equivalent committee, to its final stages of completion, to assist the Health Centre in minimizing layoffs or job loss, and in developing labour adjustment strategies where necessary.
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. A Union’s representative will be included on the Fiscal Advisory Committee.
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Where the Hospital experiences unforeseen circumstances such that will necessitate changes to its budgetary plans which have been approved by the Ministry of Health, the Hospital agrees that revisions to the budget will be carried out in consultation with the Union. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Hospital agrees to provide to the Union in a timely way any financial and staffing information pertinent to its budget, or to any other re-structuring plan that would affect the Union's members. It is understood that employee time spent at meetings with the employer in pursuance of the above shall be deemed to be work time for which the employee shall be paid by the Hospital at his or her regular or premium rate as may be applicable. FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Recognizing the value of Union input on behalf of employees, the parties agree that one (1) Union Representative to be elected or appointed from the bargaining unit will attend FAC meetings. It is understood that payment for time spent attending the FAC will be in accordance with the Committee’s terms of reference as they may be amended from time to time.
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. A representative designated by the Union or such other number agreed to by the Fiscal Advisory Committee shall be given the opportunity to represent the Bargaining Unit at each of the Fiscal Advisory Committee meetings. There shall be no loss in regular pay for attending such meetings with the Hospital. The Union shall advise the Hospital of the name of its representative(s) and his/her date of appointment within thirty (30) days.
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. It is that the Board of Directors invited one Union Representative to join this Committee effective October to represent both the full-time and part-time units. ARTICLE CONTRACTING OUT
FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The employer shall ensure that Clerical unit shall have a seat on the Fiscal Advisory Committee.
