Government partners. Software and Documentation, when delivered under a contract with a Department of Defense entity, is commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation, and is provided with the commercial rights and restrictions described herein for non- governmental customers. Such Software (including documentation thereof), when delivered under a contract with other U.S. Government entities, is "RESTRICTED RIGHTS SOFTWARE" pursuant to FAR 52.227-14(g)(3) (Jun 1987), if such clause is included in this contract, and otherwise is "RESTRICTED COMPUTER SOFTWARE" subject to the restrictions set forth in FAR 52.227-19(c) (Jun 1987), which are incorporated herein by reference. Use, reproduction, or disclosure is subject to the restrictions set forth in either the Agreement under which this documentation has been provided or, alternatively, Cisco’s written software license that is provided with Cisco equipment or software.
Government partners. In each country, the government has appointed a host agency with a National Programme Director (NPD) to direct the MWBP’s implementation at the national and provincial levels and to represent the government at regional programme management meetings. The MRC Programme Manager works in the MRC offices. The National Programme Offices (NPO) in each of the four countries are located within the government host agencies. Government partners. Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives (MoLMAC) shall be the executing agency for Component 3. The Food Security and Agribusiness Promotion Division shall act as the Programme Implementation Unit (PIU) led by the Division Chief as the Component 3 Coordinator supported with required technical and other staff. The PIU shall be responsible for (i) institutional coordination and day-to- day management, and (ii) Programme budgeting, disbursement, financial management, procurement, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and related procedures.
