Other Support Staff Clause Samples
The 'Other Support Staff' clause defines the terms under which additional personnel, beyond the primary parties' employees, may be engaged to support the performance of the contract. This clause typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications required for such staff, and may specify whether their costs are included in the contract price or billed separately. Its core function is to clarify expectations and prevent disputes regarding the involvement and compensation of supplementary staff, ensuring that both parties understand who is responsible for providing and managing these resources.
