General Employee Benefits. The Company shall make available to Executive, or cause to be made available to him, throughout the period of his employment hereunder, such benefits as may be put into effect from time to time by the Company generally for other senior executives of the Company. The Company expressly reserves the right to modify such benefits available to Executive at any time provided that such modifications apply to other similarly situated employees.

General Employee Benefits. The Executive will be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans, policies or arrangements maintained by the Company for employees of the Bank generally, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, policies or arrangements; provided, however, that this Agreement will not limit the Company’s ability to amend, modify or terminate such plans, policies or arrangements at any time for any reason.
General Employee Benefits. Executive will be entitled to participate in the employee benefit plans including, without limitation, medical insurance plans, life insurance plans, disability insurance plans, expense reimbursement plans and other benefits plans as may be currently or hereafter maintained by the Parent of general applicability to other Senior Executives of the Parent. Such participation shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents, generally applicable policies of the Parent, applicable law and the discretion of the Board, the Committee, the CEO or any administrative committee or other committee provided for in or contemplated by any such plan. Parent reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create any obligation on the part of FS or Parent to establish any such plan or to maintain the effectiveness of any such plan which may be in effect from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, at no time shall the benefits provided by Parent to Executive be any less beneficial in any material respect to Executive than the benefits provided to him by FS immediately prior to the Merger (including, without limitation, health, life, and disability insurance coverage). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Parent will (i) continue to provide housing for the Executive while his primary office is at FS’s San Francisco, California offices, (ii) pay Executive’s relocation expenses in the event Executive is relocated to Parent’s Franklin, Massachusetts headquarters, (iii) continue to provide a car allowance of $1,000 per month and (iv) continue his individual life insurance policy in accordance with FS’s past practices.

General Employee Benefits. The Executive will be eligible to participate in the employee pension plan, the retirement profit-sharing plan, health insurance, term life insurance, long term disability insurance and other employee benefit plans, policies or arrangements maintained by the Company for its employees generally, in a manner and to an extent at least as favorable as is afforded to the most favorably treated executive of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, policies or arrangements. This paragraph will not limit the Company's ability to amend, modify or terminate such plans, policies or arrangements at any time for any reason.
General Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to begin immediate participation in Company’s current and future general benefits plans/programs/policies, including without limitation health insurance for Executive and Executive’s immediate family (to the extent necessary to supplement the health coverage under Section 2.06(f), below), to the extent maintained by the Company for salaried employees generally, provided that the Executive (or, as applicable, Executive’s immediate family member) is eligible for participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements.

General Employee Benefits. Subject to the right of AOI to amend, modify or terminate such benefits and plans, Executive is eligible for the standard health, medical, dental, long-term disability, life insurance and other insurance coverage, vacation, sick and holiday pay, and other benefits and plans which AOI now or hereafter provides to similarly situated employees. Such benefits shall be offered to Executive on the same terms and conditions as other similarly situated employees. A list of the employee benefit plans for which Executive is currently eligible is attached as Exhibit A.

General Employee Benefits. The parties that health and welfare benefits are a joint responsibility. for Benefits Employees who are full time and regular part-time teachers (and including those employee groups deemed teachers for benefits application purposes) and their dependents shall be eligible for payment by the Board of its full share of the costs of all benefits provided by this agreement. regardless of the percentage of time taught, as the conditions of the benefit contract permit and as specifically provided for in the following benefit clauses.
