Other Benefits Plans. The specific arrangements referred to in this Section 3 are not intended to exclude Executive's participation in other benefit plans in which Executive currently participates or which are available to executive personnel generally in the class or category of Executive or to preclude other compensation or benefits as may be authorized by the Board of Directors from time to time.

To avoid any confusion, the COMPANY and EMPLOYEE agree and acknowledge that EMPLOYEE will forfeit and will not be eligible for a Fiscal Year 2024 equity grant.
Other Benefits Plans. I understand that for benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”) or similar awards granted or assumed by MetLife, my eligibility for benefits will be determined in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan or other governing documents. Except as otherwise provided in the Settlement Agreement, nothing in this General Release shall affect, enlarge, impair, diminish or interfere with any rights, privileges or benefits I have with respect to ERISA-governed plans according to the terms of such plans and applicable law.
Other Benefits Plans. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect Employee’s vested benefits as of the Termination Date under the 401(k) Plan other than matching contributions to which Employee is entitled for employee contributions made prior to the Termination Date. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Employee shall not be entitled to and shall not participate in any Trex benefit plans following the Termination Date.
