Senior Executives definition

Senior Executives has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.3.
Senior Executives means those officers of the Company who are designated executive officers from time to time.

Examples of Senior Executives in a sentence

  • If the Senior Executives do not reach resolution on such matter within [***] after such notice, then either Party, may upon written notice, refer such matter to arbitration in accordance with Section 16.14.
