Common use of General Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

General Employee Benefits. The Executive will be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans, policies or arrangements maintained by the Company for employees of the Bank generally, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, policies or arrangements; provided, however, that this Agreement will not limit the Company’s ability to amend, modify or terminate such plans, policies or arrangements at any time for any reason.

The Executive will shall be eligible entitled to participate in the each employee benefit plansplan, policies policy or arrangements arrangement, which is sponsored, maintained or contributed to by the Company for employees Bank and in which current executive officers of the Bank generallymay participate, subject to in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of such plans, policies or arrangements; provided, however, that this Agreement will not limit plans and on the Company’s ability same terms and conditions as other executive officers of the Bank. Contributions by the Executive to amend, modify or terminate such plans, policies or arrangements at any time for any reasonplans shall be required only to the extent required of other executive officers of the Bank.
