EMPLOYEE GROUPS. The County shall not initiate, create, dominate, aid or support any employee group for any bargaining during the term of this agreement.
EMPLOYEE GROUPS. For purposes of this agreement, employees are placed into groups determined by the number of hours contracted annually. The basis for grouping is 2080 hours annually for a twelve month, full-time employee. The groups and categories are shown below: Group I Scheduled Work Days Administrators' Secretaries 260 Group II Principals' Secretaries 215 Receptionist/AD Secretary 220 HS Ass’t Principal/Migrant Sec. 220 Group III Group IV Guidance Counselor's Secretary 188 Head Cooks 180 Cooks 180 Group V Assistant Cooks As Assigned Substitute Caller As Assigned Child Care Director As Assigned Child Care Aide As Assigned All Other Hourly Employees As Assigned
EMPLOYEE GROUPS. The Employer shall not sponsor or encourage any group of employees who advocate a vote against union representation.
EMPLOYEE GROUPS. The term Employee Groups as used in this Agreement shall mean ACE, PASE, and PEA, collectively.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • Employee Grievance If an employee considers there has been a significant change to the job content of the position held, the employee may initiate a grievance by using Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure. If the issue is not resolved at this step, the Job Classification Review Procedure of Article 22.02(B) above shall be utilized.

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

  • Former Employees All Employees terminating service with the Employer during the Plan Year and who have satisfied the eligibility requirements based on the terms of the Employer's accumulated benefits plans checked below (select all that apply; leave blank if no exclusions):

  • DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

  • Other Employees Except as may be required in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company or any of its affiliates to terminate such employment. This obligation shall remain in effect while Employee is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter.

  • Promoted Employees 1. An employee who has served one-half (1/2) or more of the time required to be considered for their next step increase, shall upon promotion to a position in a higher wage range in the Bargaining Unit, be placed at Step A of the higher range or such other step as will provide an increase of two

  • Current Employees Employees who are eligible to participate but not deferring shall have Elective Deferrals withheld in the amount of ______ % of Compensation or $_________ of Compensation. Employees and Participants shall have the right to amend the stated automatic Elective Deferral percentage or receive cash in lieu of deferral into the Plan.

  • Exempt Employees (1) Except as may otherwise be provided by specific terms of this Agreement, C.G.S. Section 5-245(b)(1) shall be deemed to exempt from overtime payment all employees being paid above Salary Grade 24, and those unclassified positions which on June 30, 1977 were deemed exempt positions.
