External Applications Sample Clauses

The 'External Applications' clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use of third-party software or services in connection with the main agreement. It typically outlines whether and how external applications can be integrated, who is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, and any limitations or security requirements that must be observed. For example, it may specify that users can connect approved external apps to the primary platform, but at their own risk and with certain data protection measures in place. This clause ensures clarity about the responsibilities and boundaries when incorporating external technologies, helping to manage risk and prevent disputes over unauthorized or insecure integrations.
