This is due by Monday, February 28, 2022 12 p.m. The Preschool operates on an 11-month calendar from August 29, 2022 through July 21, 2023. Tuition is based on the number of hours for which you elect to contract for the full 11 months. For new students, the total deposit (2 months tuition) and new student enrolment form is due within 48 hours of acceptance. No spots are guaranteed thereafter. The deposit is applied to the months of June and July of 2023. The remaining 9 installments are due the first day of the month, September to May, during the school year. Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a five dollar ($5.00) per day late charge. Maximum number of late days allowed- 10 school days ($50) after which child may not be admitted to class without office approval. There are no refunds. We welcome tuition paid in full by June 1, 2022. A $350 discount will be applied to accounts paid in full. The number of hours for which you originally contract are the minimum number of hours you will be required to pay. However, if space is available, additional days or hours may be added at the discretion of the Director. The Preschool reserves the right to deny requests for reductions in hours or change in days. There will be no credits given for holidays, illness, vacation, and staff education days or other school closure days.   • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. 2. Contractor will further notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate equal or exceed twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to:  Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies  Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
